Welcome to the Home of the Avocado Dreamboat and the Forbidden Fruit Salad! Blazing Salads has been operating at the Oregon Country Fair since 1979! We are a group of folks who get together once a year to make fresh fruit and green salads and have an amazingly good time doing it! We have posted all of our recipes on our website, so you can make some Blazing goodness home! See ya next year at the Fair.
