Adina Gwatkin Designs

Adina Gwatkin Designs specializes in painted, wooden-handled tools from hammers and garden implements to kitchen utensils. Twenty layers of brightly colored paint are applied and topped with gold or silver leaf. The surface is then carved to produce ringed designs and finished with four coats of urethane. Sculptural in appearance but durable enough to be fully functional. Adina Gwatkin makes the ordinary distinctive and unique.
