Carpooling is another great way to get to the Fair. Load up on friends and save on parking tickets.
If you have a DMV handicapped placard, please make sure it is prominently displayed in your windshield so you can be directed to Alter-Abled parking. Here’s some more information for folks who are alter-abled.
Riding your bike out to the Fair? There are bike racks at the Fair. BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SHUTTLE BUSES.
When you ride Amtrak, there’s no traffic to fight, no maps to decipher and no gas tank to feed. So you can concentrate on something else, like your friends and the Fair. Or the breathtaking scenery. Or nothing at all. And you’ll arrive in a relaxed state of mind, wherever you’re going. The station for the free shuttle bus to the Fair is 5 blocks away from the Eugene Amtrak station. Ask the Amtrak employees in Eugene to direct you. Check out the Amtrak Cascades and Coast Starlight here.
